Personal Trainers Must be Sensitive To Your Needs

Thursday, August 03, 2006

A good Personal Trainer must be sensitive to your needs, goals, family commitments, schedule, health issues, and finances. There are as many different trainers as there are doctors, hair dressers or teachers and you must find the best one for you. The more a trainer fits into your life the better your chance of success.

Your commitment should never be discounted but who you choose to assist you is equally important. If you are initially unsure, start of with a few sessions or a small package (10 or less). You should never have to commit to longer than a couple of weeks or even a month. Though starting off with a ‘program’ when you start is not recommended. With a ‘program’ there are many variables which can take away from your success. A ‘program’ is best for a person with at least a year experience, though not recommended by all personal trainers. It’s kind of like being computer literate the moment you turn a computer for the first time, it takes time to learn. Without education it is impossible to know all the ins and outs.

Tracy Rollo is an Edmonton Personal Trainer who specializes in meeting your needs and your goals. Tracy works with you to help you achieve your best body. For your Edmonton Personal Training needs, visit http://www.personaltraineredmonton.com
